    What role has the Lake Washington Ship Canal played over the past century? Find out from author David B. Williams on Wednesday, April 19, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. Sunset Hill Community Association hosts Ballard Historical Society and the general public to learn what drove civic leaders to plan a waterway in a city already surrounded by water.
