    SHCA’s classic, restored two-story Arts & Crafts-style clubhouse is available at reasonable rates for community events, meetings, workshops, parties, receptions, weddings and anniversary celebrations. It’s located in a friendly residential area, close to restaurants, coffeeshops and the Sunset Hill Park with its sweeping views of the water and Olympic Mountains.

    Our Association was awarded the “Best Neighborhood Community Facility Restoration – Neighborhood Matching Fund Project” by the City’s Department of Neighborhoods in 2001.

    You can view the building by appointment (see below) or during a general membership event.

    How to Reserve the Clubhouse

    Rental services for the SHCA facility are provided through the Phinney Neighborhood Association (PNA).  Please direct your rental inquiries to
    Margaret Pai, our rental agent at PNA, by email, phone or the inquiry form below.

    SHCA Rental Rates :  NEW RATES!

    Rental time must include all set up and clean up time

    Weekdays

    Events, parties, weddings, celebrations on weekdays or on Sundays
    (must rent both floors; includes use of kitchens)

    $125/hour of event time, with 5-hour minimum

    $100/hour of additional set up or clean up time

    Hourly rates for classes, meetings, workshops, retreats 

    Upper Hall: $50/hour

    Lower Hall: $35/hour

    Both: $75/hour

    Above rates do not include the use of the kitchens.  Add a kitchen for $10/hour.

    Weekends

    Events, parties, weddings, celebrations on Saturdays
    (must rent both floors; includes use of kitchens)

    $175/hour of event time, 5-hour minimum

    $100/hour of additional set up or clean up time

    Workshops, classes, meetings, retreats (Sat/Sun, 4-hour minimum)

    Upper Hall: $75/hour

    Lower Hall: $60/hour

    Both: $100/hour or $600 for an 8-hour block

     

    10% discount for SHCA members and monthly renters.
