    SHCA’s classic, restored two-story Arts & Crafts-style clubhouse is available at reasonable rates for community events, meetings, workshops, parties, receptions, weddings and anniversary celebrations. It’s located in a friendly residential area, close to restaurants, coffeeshops and the Sunset Hill Park with its sweeping views of the water and Olympic Mountains.

    Our Association was awarded the “Best Neighborhood Community Facility Restoration – Neighborhood Matching Fund Project” by the City’s Department of Neighborhoods in 2001.

    You can view the building by appointment (see below) or during a general membership event.

    How to Reserve the Clubhouse

    Rental services for the SHCA facility are provided through the Phinney Neighborhood Association (PNA).  Please direct your rental inquiries to

    SHCA Rental Rates :  NEW RATES!

    Rooms are rented on the hour, by the hour, and must include all set-up and clean-up time. A $30 fee will be charged for each set-up and each clean-up by staff. For more information about room rentals call 206.783.2244.

    Hourly rate for classes, meetings, workshops, retreats

    Weekends (Sat/Sun, 4-hour minimum)

    Upper Hall: $75/hour
    Lower Hall: $60/hour
    Both: $100/hour or
    $600 for an 8-hour block

    Weekdays (Mon-Fri)

    Upper Hall: $50/hour
    Lower Hall: $35/hour
    Both: $75/hour

    Above rates do not include the use of the kitchens. Add kitchen for $10/hour. Discounts available for multiple-day and ongoing rentals, and for SHCA members. Become a member today!

    Must rent both floors; includes kitchens.
    $300 refundable security deposit is required.

    $125/hour of event time, 5-hour minimum
    $100/hour of additional set up or clean up time

    $175/hour of event time, 5-hour minimum
