SHCA’s classic, restored two-story Arts & Crafts-style clubhouse is available at reasonable rates for community events, meetings, workshops, parties, receptions, weddings and anniversary celebrations. It’s located in a friendly residential area, close to restaurants, coffeeshops and the Sunset Hill Park with its sweeping views of the water and Olympic Mountains.
Our Association was awarded the “Best Neighborhood Community Facility Restoration – Neighborhood Matching Fund Project” by the City’s Department of Neighborhoods in 2001.

How to Reserve the Clubhouse

Rental time must include all set up and clean up time
Hourly rate for classes, meetings, workshops, retreats
Upper Hall: $50/hour
Lower Hall: $35/hour
Weekends (Sat/Sun, 4-hour minimum)
Upper Hall: $75/hour
Lower Hall: $50/hour
Both: $100/hour or $600 for an 8-hour block
Above rates do not include the use of the kitchens. Add a kitchen for $10/hour.
Events, parties, weddings, concerts, celebrations
Events of 100 people or more must rent both floors.
Weekdays or on Sundays
Both floors: $125/hour of event time, with 5-hour minimum; $100/hour of additional set up or clean up time
Both floors: $175/hour of event time, 5-hour minimum; $100/hour of additional set up or clean up time
Events smaller than 100 people may rent a single floor.
Upper Hall: $90/hour
Lower Hall: $50/hour
Upper Hall: $100/hour
Lower Hall: $75/hour
Event rates include use of kitchen in the rented hall(s).
10% discount for SHCA members and monthly renters.
