This month we will have our January Open Mic show the third Friday as always, this January 16th, Sign up sheet opens 6:15, show starts 6:30. Your host will be MC Avi of the band “Wandering Blue”, with jokes for you!

So come play our new piano! Musicians and Poets, prepared to pull your lucky number out of our new lucky cheese box! Luckier than a lucky top hat. It may not smell like cheese, but it’s an incredibly Cheesy box! Our newest system is two songs, so everyone can play that shows up. Best to pull a number at 6:15, but if you arrive later, there is still room for you if you are patient. More time to fine tune your guitar and politically relevant lyrics. What rhymes with Summer Hat? Autocrat? Hmmm…

So come and see your talented Ballard musician friends, bands, singers, and poets. We have free admission to all, (membership suggested if you can) with snacks, treats, real mountain spring water, and your favorite soft drink, “Le Croix”, from who knows where.

And for a few bucks you can have more of the beautiful wines, crispy fresh crafty beer from Ballard, and the best NA beers available. Please come and hear some fun music, great musicians, and support so many daringly bold new first time players. Start their careers out by welcoming them on our very historic main stage!
