Qijong with Michelle Thoreson
Qigong practices use movement, breath and intention to improve mental and physical well-being. Qigong movements promote balance, flexibility, strength, calm and vitality. There are many Qigong forms – with movements similar to Tai Chi in flow and balance. Most forms are suitable for beginners, as well as experienced students looking to deepen their practice.
Students should wear loose, comfortable clothing and plan to arrive about 5 minutes early to prepare for class. New students, please come 15 minutes early for a brief orientation to the space and to fill out paperwork.
Qigong classes are held on the upper level of the beautiful Sunset Hill Community Association.
