The New Year is a new start, a reset button, a chance to begin again. What better way to start your year by making a commitment to yourself? What a lovely gift to give yourself — one hour a day, 3 days a week to move in your body, connect with your breath and set an intention that can carry you through your day and your week.
Yoga is a wonderful compliment to running and the other cardio that you are likely already doing. Join me in the morning, to start your day off right! Feel free to pass on to others that may be interested in starting their own morning yoga practice.
Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings we will practice for one hour at 6:30 am.
Practices will be energizing but gentle, they will be grounding, but light at the same time. Overall, they will be an amazing way to start your day and your year.
Cost for Yoga Classes
- Unlimited Yoga series – 3 days a week for only $100
- Drop in for class on January 3 for $5, drop in throughout January for $15/class.
