Join Kathy Gorohoff in the morning to start your day off right and begin or continue your own morning yoga practice.
Practices will be energizing but gentle, and grounding yet light. Overall, they will be an amazing way to start your day. Yoga is a wonderful compliment to running and other cardio.

Yoga has been a wonderful way for me to connect with my body and breath. My goal as a yoga teacher is to share my love and passion with anyone that is interested.
