Join Ballard Historical Society & Ballard Books for the launch of this stunning book: the first extensive exploration of 19th century photography in Washington.
Photographer, writer, author, and Ballard resident, Tim Greyhavens will present on his new work. Each chapter introduces key themes in Washington’s development, bringing to life the photographic history from the earliest days as a Territory, with over 200 rarely-seen photographs.
The book will be available at a special rate when purchased at the event, with the author generously donating a portion to Ballard Historical Society. This event made possible by Sunset Hill Community Association and King County 4Culture.
