Joseph is a Sr Planner with the Port. He will talk about activities and projects on-going and planned for the next few years as they affect the Ballard area.
735-800p. David Selig, The new 15th and Market St. Building
David will provide an overview of the new building his company is developing at the NE corner of 15th and Market. A rarity these days for Ballard, this is an office building that will actually provide an opportunity for workers to stay in Ballard rather than commuting to work elsewhere.

More about the Ballard District Council:
Ballard District Council has been an active coalition of Ballard and Crown Hill organizations for over a quarter century. Originally established under auspices of the City of Seattle’s Department of Neighborhoods, we are now independent of the City. We continue our mission as a forum for community engagement, discussions and information sharing.
